The Ashland City Civitan Club spread holiday joy on Saturday with its annual Christmas Anonymous event, a community event that has been helping families for nearly 50 years.

Thanks to the incredible generosity of local residents, over 400 children received toys, books, games, stuffed animals, candy, and more, ensuring that the magic of Christmas reached every corner of the community.

Held at Sycamore Middle School, the event transformed the school into a festive “Christmas Anonymous store,” where families had the chance to shop for gifts that would bring smiles to their children’s faces.

Preparation for this heartfelt event began on Friday, as students from Sycamore Middle School joined Civitan Club members to set up the store, creating a warm and welcoming space for families. For families facing economic challenges, Christmas Anonymous has long been a beacon of hope. Through the kindness of neighbors and the commitment of local volunteers, the program continues to provide not only gifts but also a sense of community and care during the holiday season.
