Caleb Austin Callis, age 29, of Ashland City, Tennessee, passed away in Nashville, Tennessee, on Thursday, October 19, 2023.
He was born in Nashville, Tennessee, on March 16, 1994. He worked in construction and loved to hunt deer.
Austin is survived by his mother, Crystal Callis; father, Sonny Mayo; grandmother, Joann Mayo; brothers, Brandon Ayres and Patrick Ayres; sisters, Allie Reeves, Emily Ayres, Bethany Ayres, and Brooklyn Callis; and extended family.
Funeral service will be Thursday, October 26, 2023, at 10 am in the Chapel of Cheatham County Funeral Home with Pastor Chris Moore officiating. Burial will follow in Bearwallow Community Cemetery in Ashland City, Tennessee. Visitation will be the same day from 9 am until the service hour of 10 am.
