William “Bill” Wayne Morgan, age 60, passed away at his home in Lawrenceburg, Tennessee, on January 28, 2025.
Bill was born in Joliet, Illinois, on July 25, 1964. Bill was a graduate of Joliet West High School and a United States Marine Corps veteran. He loved coaching youth wrestling and football, as well as loved Nascar, NHRA and going to the gun range. Bill loved rock music and shooting pool. He worked in residential construction.
He is preceded in death by his parents, William Calvin and Madaline Morgan; and son, Justin Graser.
He is survived by his sons, Dylan John Morgan of Minier, Illinois, and William Calvin Morgan II of Le Roy, Illinois; daughter, Jess Eliasen of Murphysboro, Illinois; bonus kids, Tracy James Helt and Brianna Jean McPherson, both of Le Roy, Illinois and Brian Thomas Bukowski of Bloomington, Illinois; brother, Dave Morgan of Chapmansboro, Tennessee; and best friend and mother of son William, Meg McPherson; as well as his loyal companion and service dog, Sasha.
