Ashland City Parks and Rec Asks Public’s Input on Proposed Park

The Town of Ashland City Parks and Recreation Department is in the process of reapplying for a playground grant through the BlueCross Healthy Place program.

The BlueCross Healthy Place program creates and revitalizes public spaces across Tennessee to provide citizens with places for connection and healthy activity, strengthening the bonds that form the backbone of our communities.

With the grant, the Town is looking to create a new park area in the vacant land near the tennis courts and dog park with updated, accessible equipment and facilities. The Parks department is asking for the public’s input for the proposed project.

The deadline to complete the survey is Friday, Aug. 25 at 4 p.m. To complete the survey, please visit here.
