A new coffee shop called Birdie’s is set to open soon in Pleasant View
WhatNow reports Faith Adair, owner of Birdie’s, is inspired by her great-grandmother’s name and her daughter’s name.
The new spot is expected to open in October at 1000 Civic Court, Pleasant View. They are currently hiring for baristas with a starting hourly wage of $15. To apply, email [email protected].
On social media, Birdie’s shared, “It’s not a coffee shop yet — but it’s the start of something full of heart, rooted in legacy, and steeped in slow mornings, creative sparks, and cups shared with people you love. We’re just beginning — testing syrups, making coffee for friends, and hoping this dream becomes reality — but every step is building toward us having a space that feels like home.”
According to WhatNow, the menu will feature traditional coffee offerings and a line of signature drinks. One drink on the menu will be called Charlotte, named after Adair’s grandmother, and will be comprised of espresso, instant espresso, and brown sugar.
