The Town of Pegram has benefited from its partnership with the Cheatham County Sheriff’s Office for law enforcement services since being incorporated in 1972.
The Town of Pegram Board of Mayor and Alderman has entered into an agreement with the Cheatham County Sheriff’s Office to provide additional law enforcement services to the residents of Pegram. Deputies will be assigned to the Town of Pegram in addition to normal county patrols.
This collaboration will provide an increased law enforcement presence within the town corporation limits, a decrease in response times for calls for service, and will increase the ability for proactive law enforcement activities.
