CMA Announces Performers for ABC’s Dolly Parton Tribute

The Country Music Association and ABC have announced the lineup of performers for “CMA Presents I Will Always Love You: A Celebration of Dolly Parton,” a two-hour live television tribute honoring Dolly Parton. More Entertainment News

The special will feature performances from Ashley McBryde, Béla Fleck, Brad Paisley, Carly Pearce, Carrie Underwood, Darius Rucker, Ella Langley, Kelsea Ballerini, Kristen Bell, Kristin Chenoweth, Lady A, Lainey Wilson, Little Big Town, Lukas Nelson, Molly Tuttle, Reba McEntire, Ricky Skaggs, Sierra Hull, Vince Gill and Zac Brown.

Amy Grant and Kimberly Williams-Paisley will also appear as special guests, along with additional surprise tributes from Parton’s friends across the entertainment industry.

A Belmont University student ensemble will also take part in the program as part of the university’s ongoing “Dolly U” initiative, which gives students opportunities to study Parton’s career, artistry and entrepreneurial legacy.

The special will be filmed before a live audience at Belmont University’s Fisher Center for the Performing Arts in Nashville and will air Wednesday, Oct. 21, from 9 to 11 p.m. ET on ABC and Disney+. It will be available the following day on Hulu.

The lineup brings together artists from country, bluegrass, Broadway, and other genres, highlighting Parton’s influence across generations of performers. Robert Deaton serves as executive producer.

As part of the tribute, CMA and Belmont University will donate a portion of proceeds to Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library, which provides free books to children each month. Disney is also supporting the organization and its mission.
