“Very excited to be returning to Nashville as the audiences are superb, but if I’m being honest I’m more excited to bring my wife and kids to Nashville so they can see how fun it is,” Sloss said to us. “If anyone wants to babysit two mostly lovely children while me and my wife get Nashville drunk, hmu.”
The Nashville stop is part of Sloss’ 34-city North American theater tour; the tour includes stops in Los Angeles, Austin, Las Vegas, Phoenix, Atlanta, Washington, D.C., Philadelphia, and other cities before wrapping up in Chicago on Nov. 22.
Sloss has performed stand-up for more than half his life, with tours spanning more than 55 countries. He has also sold out nine Off-Broadway theater runs in New York and released six hour-long stand-up specials, including two on Netflix, one on HBO and three available through his website.
His 2018 Netflix special Jigsaw, which explores relationships and breakups, became one of his best-known performances and helped expand his international audience.
