Master the art of perfect roast chicken as Chef Hal guides you through professional techniques for brining, trussing, and roasting a whole chicken. Leaving nothing to waste, he will teach us how to craft a rich homemade gravy from the carcass. You’ll also learn the secrets behind cloud-like Yukon mashed potatoes and beautifully caramelized heirloom carrots.
