Arthur Keegan Jernigan Obit

A graduate of Cheatham County Central High School’s Class of 2001, Arthur built a career as a Senior Service Technician at Guardian Access Solutions in Nashville. Over the past 14 years, he dedicated himself to his work with expertise and commitment, earning the respect of colleagues and clients alike.

Arthur’s greatest joy in life was spending time with his beloved daughter, Jillian Jernigan, whom he affectionately called “Jillybean”. Their bond was filled with love and devotion, creating countless cherished memories together. He also found happiness as a member of the Darkside Car Club, where he shared his passion for cars and contributed to numerous charitable efforts within the community. He was a huge fan of Anime and spent his free time playing video games.

Arthur will be deeply missed by his daughter, Jillian and his loving partner, Amanda Day. Maternal grandmother, Gloria Harman; mother Annette Norwood; sister, Aubrey Wilbur and Aunt Cathy Beaver. Paternal grandmother, Sondra Jernigan; father, Billy (Rhonda) Jernigan; sister, Stacey (Matthew) Dudley; nephews, Daniel and Parker Roach; niece, Matilyn Dudley. Uncles, Bernie (Gayle) Jernigan, Lonnie (Ophelia) Jernigan, Duchess Jernigan and Dr. Frank Cartwright, along with many cousins.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Lonnie Jernigan, maternal grandfather, James Norwood and cousin, Lee Denny.

Arthur’s infectious laugh and radiant smile will forever be remembered by those who knew him. His legacy of kindness and generosity will continue to live on in the hearts of family and friends. May his memory bring comfort to all who loved him.
