Come out for a fun-filled dance fitness session with a little flair on Friday, November 5th at 6 pm at No Limit Fitness LLC (318 Frey St, Ashland City, TN 37015)!
This particular class will be slightly different than a typical workout sesh with the addition of all things glow stick and Halloween fun. Costumes are highly encouraged! Feel free to also bring a little drink and/or snack.
You will dance, you will party, and you will have a night of fun while getting your fitness on! Please RSVP asap to claim your spot. $5 for class.
