A Staff Sergeant with the Cheatham County Sheriff’s Office died on Monday April, 10, 2023.
According to a GoFundMe page, Staff Sergeant Knox went into full cardiac arrest as he was being taken to the hospital on Sunday and went without oxygen for 40 minutes. He passed away the next day.
“We are deeply saddened by the loss of one of our own. Staff Sergeant Knox was a great asset to our department and will be missed,” the Cheatham County Sheriff’s Office said on their Facebook.
The GoFundMe has been set up to assist his wife, Anna, for his medical and funeral costs, as well as life’s expenses.
