
Hayden Panettiere, an actress best known for her roles in the shows “Nashville” and “Heroes,” has died, according to multiple outlets. She was 36 years old. More Entertainment News
TMZ was the first to report the news, stating she was found by a friend inside a South Carolina home. First responders attempted to resuscitate Panettiere.
“The preliminary investigation has not indicated any signs of foul play or suspicious circumstances,” a spokesperson for the Greenville Police Department said in a statement to PEOPLE. “An acquaintance of Ms. Panettiere placed the 911 call.”
The official cause of death will be released after an autopsy.
Panettiere began her acting career at age four with her first role in a Playskool commercial. She later became known for her role as Juliette Barnes on the show Nashville. She also appeared in Scream 4, ABC’s One Life to Live, and played Claire Bennett on Heroes.
She had one daughter, Kaya, with former fiancé Wladimir Klitschko.
