The missing kayaker has been found dead following a search that took place Thursday afternoon in Cheatham County, according to WKRN.
Just after 4:30 p.m. Thursday, the Cheatham County chief deputy confirmed that the missing kayaker was found deceased, reports WKRN.

Authorities in Cheatham County are searching for a kayaker who went missing Thursday afternoon, WKRN reports.
Responders have gathered near The Braxton Condos in Ashland City to begin checking the river on boats. A command center was established at Brush Creek Recreation Center as crews coordinated the search along the waterway.
