Debra Charlene Craft “Debbie”, age 64, of Ashland City, Tennessee, passed away Sunday, May 24, 2026, at her home.
Funeral services will be conducted at 12 o’clock noon, Friday, May 29th, at Friendship Free Will Baptist Church in Ashland City with Bro. Dwayne James, Bro. Randall Wright, and Bro. Randy Scott officiating.
Burial will follow in Friendship Free Will Baptist Church Cemetery in Ashland City with Josh Pentecost, Seth Pentecost, Samuel Pentecost, Mark Wolfe, Matt Carrigan, Cory Carrigan, and Dylan Tyce serving as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers are Ronnie Barnes, Gary Barnes, Robert Barnes, Joe Barnes, and John Barnes.
The family will receive friends at Austin & Bell Funeral Home on Thursday, May 28th from 4:00-8:00PM, and again on Friday at the church beginning at 10:00AM until the hour of service at 12:00PM.
Debbie was born on April 23, 1962, in Nashville, Tennessee, to Pauline Barnes Elliott and the late Charles Elliott. She retired from Bordeaux Long Term Care in order to care for her grandchildren. She was a member of Friendship Free Will Baptist Church where she coordinated events and activities for the seniors, the Joy Group. She enjoyed playing the piano, scrapbooking, flowers, the beach, and pool days. She dearly loved her family and grandchildren and loved hosting and cooking for her family and friends – she was well known for her green beans. Debbie was very patriotic and supported the military. She also loved animals and supported various organizations that benefitted animals.
In addition to her mother, Polly, she is survived by her husband of 46 years, Steve Craft; daughters, Heidi (Jeff) Owens and Holly (Dustin) Waller; brother, Tony (Penny) Elliott; and grandchildren, Eli Waller, Hannah Owens, Julia Owens, Samuel Waller, and Micah Owens.
