Donil Louis Haines, age 91, of Chapmansboro, Tennessee died Wednesday, September 1, 2021 at NorthCrest Medical Center in Springfield.
His remains will be cremated and a Celebration of Life service will be held at a later date.
Mr. Haines was born February 10, 1930 in Myatt, MO to the late John Henry Jackson and Lamon Swindell Haines. He was retired from Ford Glass Company, was a veteran of the U.S. Army, and was a former member of Bordeaux Baptist Church.
In addition to his parents, Mr. Haines is preceded in death by his wife, Mildred Barnes Haines, his sisters, Pauline Duke, Colline Duke, and Doris Hansen, and his brothers, Jackson Haines, Bill Haines, Charles Haines, and Cledus Haines.
Mr. Haines is survived by his sons, Stephen (Karon) Haines, Johnny Haines, Jeff Haines, and Todd (Tomeka) Haines; brothers, James (Sonya) Haines and Dennis (Fran) Haines; sister, Janet (David) Croney; 5 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
