Elizabeth Adaline Suratt, age 94 of Pleasant View, Tennessee, died Thursday, January 27, 2022 at her home.
Funeral services will be conducted at Austin & Bell Funeral Home in Pleasant View at 2:00 PM on Sunday, January 30th, with Bro. Greg Smith officiating. Burial will follow in EverRest of Cheatham with Tony Ferguson, Christopher English, Brian Baskin, Mike Shubert, Jake Shubert, Wyatt Baskin, Donald McWright, and Mitch Wilson serving as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers are Logan Ferguson and Jaxon English.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday from 12:00PM until the hour of service at 2:00 PM.
Mrs. Suratt was born on September 8, 1927 in Lewisburg, Tennessee to the late Earl W. & Clara Bell Ketchum Wilson.
She was a retired Soil Lab Technician for the University of Tennessee. She lived a life fully committed to God and her family. Grace was never in short supply in her presence. She loved her home full of family, love, and laughter. She will be deeply missed and forever loved. Mrs. Suratt was a member of Clarksville Highway Church of Christ.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Bill Suratt; and son, Steven Suratt.
Survivors include her son, Stanley T. Suratt; daughters, Susan Ferguson and Shirley Baskin; grandchildren, Brian (Karen) Baskin, Heather (Mike) Shubert, Todd Baskin, Ricky Chris (Heather) Ferguson, Tony (Pamela) Ferguson, Angela (Christopher) English, Dakota, Alex and Rebecca Ferguson, and Jeremy Suratt; and a long, blessed list of great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
