Howard was a faithful servant of the Lord and often spoke on how much he was looking forward to meeting his Master and Savior. He greatly missed his wife Geraldine and spoke often how he wanted to be with her. His last hours on this Earth were spent in prayer and praise.

During his life here, he was never ashamed or unwilling to talk to anyone about Jesus. His love for the Lord led him to attend many churches as he sought always to gain a greater understanding. He was a very sociable, thoughtful and kind person who enjoyed meeting new people and was almost always smiling, especially when talking about his faith. He was an inspiration to many.

He will be missed, but not with sadness or grief. He is exactly where he wants to be.
