James “Harold” Darrow, 74, of Wewahitchka, went to be with the Lord on Friday, April 10, 2026.
Harold was born on September 23, 1951 in Ashland City, TN. He was a hardworking truck driver for over 50 years. Harold always wanted his own truck so he could drive out west and bring in potatoes. He loved to talk and had a knack for storytelling. Harold kept life very simple and learned to be content with what he had.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Perry and Christine Darrow; brother, Eugene Darrow; sister, Brenda Pardue; and stepson, Justin Johnson.
Left to treasure Harold’s memory is his daughter, Jamilyn Carr; son, Greg Darrow (Lisa); grandchildren, Joshua, Ray, Kristen, Amber, Jessie and Wyatt; great-grandchildren, Wyatt, Haley, Alissa, Damien and Sorin; and sister, Patricia Hunt.
