Kristine Marie Garrett, age 56, of Ashland City, Tennessee, passed away on Thursday, January 11, 2024, at her home.
Kristine was born on October 7, 1967 in Poughkeepsie, New York, to the late William & Helen Hoyt Johnson, Sr.
She was previously employed by Gaylord Opryland Resort and Convention Center as a convention service manager then later became a wife and homemaker. She was a member of Pleasant View Church of Christ.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her brother, William R. Johnson, Jr.
Survivors include her husband, Donald “Donnie” Garrett; nieces & nephews, William Raymond Johnson, III, Andrew (Nicole) Johnson, Shannon Johnson, and Caroline Johnson; great-nephew, Keegan Johnson; and godson, Weston Ness.
Funeral services will be conducted at Austin & Bell Funeral Home in Pleasant View at 1:00 PM on Saturday, January 20th, with Bro. James Hayes officiating.
Following the funeral service, her remains will be cremated.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday, January 19th from 12:00 noon until 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM and again on Saturday at the funeral home from 11:00 AM until the hour of service at 1:00 PM.
