Mrs. Linda Joyce (Sullivan) Barnes passed away on Friday, June 24, 2022, she was 70 years old.
She was born in Nashville, Tennessee on August 29, 1951.
Linda is preceded in death by her parents, Woodrow and Mary (Brock) Sullivan; brother, Jimmy Sullivan; sister, Wanda Joene O’Neal; and her granddaughter, Mackenzie Barnes.
She is survived by her husband of 53 years, Robert Barnes; sons, Bobby (Christy) Barnes, Scott (Colleen) Barnes, and Daniel Adam Barnes; daughter, Patti (Michael) Gravitt; brothers, Jerry (Brenda) Sullivan, Eddie (Leota) Sullivan, and brother-in-law, Henry O’Neal; grandchildren, Brittany Barnes, Chris Barnes, Wyatt Gravitt, Kayla Tejeda, Kassie Tejeda, Dylan Barnes, Lily Barnes, Steven Barnes, and Maddie Barnes; and several loving nieces and nephews.
Funeral service will be Monday, June 27, 2022, at 1 pm in the Cheatham County Funeral Home Chapel with Bobby Barnes and Michael Gravitt officiating. Burial will follow at EverRest of Cheatham LLC in Pleasant View, Tennessee. Visitation will be Sunday, June 26, from 2 pm to 7 pm and on Monday, June 27, from 10 am until 1 pm. Grandsons and Nephews will serve as pallbearers.
