Mary Ann Brooksher age 74 of Ashland City passed away on December 20, 2021 at Alive Hospice in Nashville.
She was a lifelong resident of Ashland City and worked in the Laundry and Housekeeping Department at Hillcrest Nursing Home.
Mrs. Brooksher was born in Joelton, Tn. to Henry Malcolm Richardson of Danville, Ky. and Ida Mae Mathews Richardson of Joelton, Tn on July 8, 1947.
Mary was married to Mr. Harlin Wayne Brooksher and was a member of the Church Of Christ.
She is preceded in death by her parents, 5 brothers, her husband, and her daughter Laurie Hickerson.
Those remaining to cherish her memory are her daughters Sandra Baker of Hermitage and Kimberly Mayse (Chris Wells) of Franklin, Ky., one son Troy Brooksher (Jessica) of Ashland City, and two sisters Nancy Martin of Sango and Judy Willis of Lebanon. Mrs. Brooksher is also survived by eight grandchildren Charles Page II, Samantha Page, Vanessa Baker, Terri Baker, Larissa Mayse, Jared Mayse, Christopher Hickerson, Patricia Hickerson, and 15 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be Thursday, December 23, 2021 from 12-2p.m. in the chapel of Boyd Funeral Home with a Memorial Service at 2 p.m. with Troy Cunningham officiating.
Arrangements are under the direction of Boyd Funeral Home.
