Sean Patrick Sullivan, age 37 of Chapmansboro, Tennessee, died Wednesday, September 8, 2021 at Centennial Medical Center in Ashland City.
Funeral services will be conducted at Austin & Bell Funeral Home in Pleasant View at 12:00 Noon on Monday, September 13th, with Bro. Paul Edwards officiating. Burial will follow in Pleasant View United Methodist Church Cemetery with Bryan Martin, Kevin Martin, Chris Clark, Jordan Martin, Greg Moulton, Jeffrey Steele, and Billy Sullivan serving as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers are Roger Price, Junior Baggett, and Kodee Winters.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday, September 12th from 2:00 PM until 6:00 PM and again on Monday from 11:00 AM until the hour of service at 12:00 PM.
Sean was born on August 1st, 1984 in Nashville, Tennessee to Pat and Peggy Timbs Sullivan. He enjoyed hunting and fishing. He loved his family & adored his wife and children.
He is preceded in death by his grandparents, William & Shirley Sullivan; and father-in-law, Frankie Moulton.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his wife, Rheanna Sullivan; sons, Kade Hines and Bentley Sullivan; daughter, Kaedance Moulton; sisters, Jessica (Bryan) Martin and Heather Hines, and mother-in-law, Donna Moulton.
