Vernon “Vern” Carl Parizek, age 89, of Ashland City, Tennessee passed away February 26, 2026, at Hillcrest HealthCare Center in Ashland City, Tennessee.
He was born in Davenport, Iowa to the late Edward Parizek and Elsie (Petersen) Parizek. He is preceded in death by son, Bill Parizek; brother, Raymond Parizek; and sister, Darlene (Parizek) Roesger.
He served in the United States Air Force for over 3 years and worked for Delta Airlines as a gate agent for many years after. He was a long-time member and Deacon of First Christian Church of Fairburn, Georgia.
He leaves behind his wife of 60 years Faye (Huff) Parizek; daughter, Cindy Arnold (Jack); grandchildren, Alice Arnold, Alan Parizek (Caitlin), and Ezra Parizek; great grandchild, Harleigh Parizek; and daughter-in-law Lonnie (Loescher) Parizek. His wishes were to be cremated and will later be laid to rest at Middle Tennessee State Veterans Cemetery in Nashville, Tennessee.
