The Pegram Fire Department invites the community to the annual 9/11 memorial event.
The event takes place on Wednesday, September 11 from 6pm – 8pm at Pegram.
There will be a prayer and a moment of silence at 6:30pm.
Attendees are invited to walk a lap around the park holding a picture of one of the 343 firefighters who lost their life on that tragic day. At the end of each lap, the name of the fallen firefighter will be read.
Anyone in Pegram and the surrounding communities is invited to attend. Even if you are unable to walk the 1/2 mile lap, you can still attend and support by remembering those who were lost.
The Pegram Park entrance is located off Thompson Road – just down from the Community Club and the Little Red Caboose at the intersection of Hwy 70/Thompson Road.
