This year the Cheatham County Chamber of Commerce Annual Gala is themed “Hoedown Throwdown.” It was originally scheduled to take place on January 20, 2024 but due to weather, the event has been rescheduled to February 10, 2024. The event takes place from 5:00 p.m. until 11:00 p.m. at Jones Farm in Joelton.
The event will be a country-style party with cowboy snacks and a country dinner in a beautiful saloon-style event space with outdoor firepits, a barn, a pond, and lots of rustic décor. Entertainment will be provided by DJ Mark Stone and The Electric Cowboys, so brush up on your Tush Push and the Electric Slide, because the good times will be coming to the dance floor.
Jones Farm has picturesque surroundings and rustic charm. This venue will set the perfect stage for the evening. Their dedicated event planning team will work closely with the chamber team to create the event of the season. Guests will be captivated by the beauty of the farm, enjoy the great entertainment, and create lasting memories that will be cherished for years to come.
Register for the event here or call 615-792-6722.
Networking with refreshments and appetizers will begin at 5:00 p.m., the program will start at 5:45 p.m. and the meal will begin at 6:10 p.m. Entertainment and dancing will start at 7:00 p.m.
Last year the chamber presented their first Making a Difference Award for their outstanding dedication and continued commitment to volunteering time and effort to the Cheatham County community. It was awarded to Jody and Ginger Vann. This will be the second year for the award.
Overnight accommodations will be available for about 40 attendees for an additional charge. Jones Farm has charming creekside cabins surrounded by lush greenery and the soothing sounds of nature, which is an idyllic setting for relaxation and rejuvenation after a night of country fun. Their well-appointed cabins are designed to ensure comfort and tranquility. Wake up to the melodies of chirping birds and start your day with a cup of coffee on the porch while immersing yourself in the stunning natural landscape.
