Starbucks is serving up a taste of summer nostalgia with a new collection of Orange Cream beverages and a limited-edition merchandise collaboration with Dandy Worldwide.
The Orange Cream lineup arrived in U.S. Starbucks locations July 28 and is available for a limited time while supplies last. Inspired by classic summertime treats, the drinks combine tangerine and mandarin flavors with sweet vanilla notes.
Starbucks beverage developer Kris Murray said orange cream often evokes childhood summer memories, from enjoying frozen treats to spending long days outdoors.
“For many people, orange cream is associated with the feeling of summer,” Murray said in a release. “It can evoke childhood nostalgia and familiar moments like enjoying freezer pops, peeling oranges or spending time outdoors.”
The citrus and vanilla flavors are available in a variety of Starbucks beverages, including cold brew, espresso, matcha, chai and Frappuccino blended drinks.
Starbucks also launched a limited-edition collection with Dandy Worldwide, a Southern California fashion brand founded by siblings Mia and Kian Schank in 2021. Known for its embroidered hoodies and travel-inspired designs, the brand created a colorful assortment featuring retro shades of pink, orange and green.
The collection was inspired by a classic West Coast road trip from Dandy’s Los Angeles headquarters to Starbucks’ hometown of Seattle, with plenty of coffee stops along the way.
“With this collection, we wanted not only to capture the nostalgia of a classic road trip, but to create something people could bring along with them for the ride,” Kian Schank said.
The Starbucks x Dandy Worldwide collection is available at select Starbucks locations in the United States and Canada while supplies last.
