One person was killed in a crash on Interstate 40 in Cheatham County on Monday afternoon, according to WKRN.
The Tennessee Highway Patrol stated David Meadows, 51, was driving a 2021 Chevrolet Traverse in the westbound lanes of I-40 near mile marker 185 when he left the roadway.
THP says Meadows hit several trees and was pronounced dead at the scene.
