Aldon Barfield, age 73, of Ashland City, TN, passed away September 21, 2021, at his residence.
Aldon was born May 13, 1948, in Sarasota, FL, to the late Alfred and Georgia (Pearson) Barfield.
Those left to cherish his memory are his son, Richard (Julie) Barfield of Sarasota, FL; two daughters, Mary Arlene (Gerald) Adcock of Dickson, TN, and Margena Ann (Michael) Harp of Clarksville, TN; and ten grandchildren; and twenty-eight great-grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, Margaret Ann Barfield; son, Al Reese; brothers, Larry Barfield and David Barfield; sisters, Inez Boyser, Madell Conley, and Mildred Thompson.
Visitation with the family will be Monday, September 27, 2021 beginning at 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.; and will resume on Tuesday, September 28, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. at Dickson Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be Tuesday, September 28, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Dickson Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Petway Cemetery.
Services are under the direction of Dickson Funeral Home & Cremation Center.
