Jason Neal Ashworth, age 49, of Ashland City, TN passed away on October 22, 2021.
Mr. Ashworth was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents Samuel Paul Ashworth, Sr., and wife Elizabeth Smith Ashworth.
Jason is survived by His beloved fur-baby, Baybee, his mother, Deborah Shane Callis of Ashland City TN, his father, Samuel Paul Ashworth, Jr. (Vicki Bunting) of Watertown, TN, his sister, April Lynn Taylor of Ashland City, TN, maternal grandparents, Ron and Janice McGowan, Niece, Samantha Hoover, Nephew, Hunter Burdett and Great Nieces: Haven and Jordan Burdett.
