John was born on May 13, 1959, in Nashville, Tennessee. He was a business owner of Chimney Quest.
John was preceded in death by his parents, John Weaks, Sr., and Wanda Winkler and survived by his wife, Paulette (Chappell) Weaks; daughters, Kimberly and Amanda Weaks, Sherri Cox, Stacey Keaton, Tisha Capperillo, and Tiffany Cowell; brothers, Michael Weaks, Jason and David Weaks; sisters, Karen Weaks, Sharon Weaks, Trina, Deborah, and Jimni; and grandchildren, Sadie Rose Cox, Garrett Cox, Zachary Renkert, Paulie Capperillo, Lane Capperillo, Cooper Cowell, and Peyton Cowell.
John’s wishes were to be cremated and no services are planned.
