Ronald L. Perry, age 79, of Ashland City, Tennessee, passed away on Friday, February 9, 2024, at Alive Hospice in Nashville, Tennessee.
He was born on January 3, 1945, to the late Lewis Perry and Hazel Perry.
He owned Custom Exhaust, Inc.
He is preceded in death by his father, Lewis Perry; mother, Hazel Perry; grandparents, Litt and Cora Perry, and Leland and Alice Shearon; and niece, Deana Norwood.
Ronald is survived by his step-mother, Frieda Perry; sons, Ron Perry (Liane Woodruff), Jeremie Perry (Christine), and Jeff Barnum; daughter, Kim Looney (Tim); brother, Todd Ford (Stacy); sister, Patsy Perry (Randy Walker); nieces, Tracy Thompson, Taylor Coker, and Celeste Stapp; grandchildren, Jacob Looney (Alexis), Kristin Briley (Levi), Jeremy Perry, and Gabrielle Perry; and great-grandson, Owen Looney.
Funeral service will be on Tuesday, February 13, 2024, at 1 pm in the Chapel of Cheatham County Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Bethel Cemetery in Ashland City, Tennessee. Visitation will be Monday, February 12, 2024, from 3 pm to 7 pm and Tuesday, February 13, 2024, from 11 am until the service hour of 1 pm. Serving as pallbearers will be Jacob Looney, Levi Briley, Dawson Hall, Rick Jones, Cody Thompson, Randy Noe, and Jimmy Noe. Honorary pallbearers will be Bobby Thomason and the waitresses at Sidelines in Ashland City, Tennessee.
