A beloved local coffee shop in Ashland City will be closing its doors at the end of July. In a heartfelt message shared online, the owner of Sheyegirl Coffee Co. — also known to many as The Vintage Bean — announced that the shop’s lease at 201 N Main Street will not be renewed, forcing the business to vacate within 60 days.
“I just received notice that the shop’s lease will not be renewed and that I have 60 days to vacate,” the owner wrote.
Barring any last-minute changes, July 2025 will mark the final month for Sheyegirl Coffee Co. at its current location. The owner expressed deep gratitude for the community’s support and noted that while this is the end of the shop’s time on Main Street for now, it may not be forever.
Customers and fans have already begun sharing their memories and support on Facebook, rallying around the small business that has been a cozy gathering spot in the heart of Ashland City.
